Your P6 schedule, turned into reports and answers.

Load a Primavera P6 XER, a P6 XML or a Microsoft Project file. Dashboards, the schedule view, milestones, resources, earned hours and the monthly report are ready in seconds, with dates and percentages calculated exactly as P6 calculates them.

Built by professional planners who know project controls and P6. Only the people you invite see your files, and they are stored in Australian data centres.

Reporting

Dashboards, S-curves, resources, earned hours, milestones and the monthly report, read straight from your updates. The schedule view gives project managers and site teams the Gantt, float and logic in the browser, without paying for a P6 licence.

Scheduling

A P6-style editor in the browser: WBS, activities, logic, calendars, resources and codes. Schedule with F9, check the schedule, build a first draft from your own sample schedules, and export an XER for P6.

Risk

Schedule risk analysis the way risk teams already do it: duration ranges and a shared risk register run through the schedule thousands of times for P50 / P80 dates, the risk trend across updates, and the contingency held against what is needed.

Delay analysis

Delay and EOT analysis on the chain of updates: windows, qualifying causes of delay and their effect on completion and milestones, a register with cause and party, time impact analysis, collapsed as-built, concurrency and the written report.

One engine under every page

It calculates dates, float, the critical path and percent complete exactly as Primavera P6 does, so the numbers on every page match what your team sees in P6.

Calendars, constraints, lags, level of effort, resources and baselines are all read from your file as they are.

The Reporting pages

Every page has an Excel export, and the schedule view and the report can be shared with people who do not use P6.

Schedule
The Gantt chart in the browser: WBS in P6 order, baseline bars, float, logic, the critical path and the columns you choose. Project managers and site teams can read the programme here without a P6 licence.
Portfolio
Every project on one page: ahead or behind plan, SPI, finish against baseline, slipped milestones and remaining hours.
Dashboard
One project at its data date: the KPIs you pick, labour histogram, S-curves, key milestones and progress by code.
Milestones
Baseline, previous and current dates side by side; what was achieved, what slipped and by how much.
Resources
Histograms and cumulative curves by resource, type, WBS or code; day, week or month; hours or FTE.
Lookahead
The next 1 to 26 weeks: what starts, what finishes, what is behind and what is waiting on predecessors.
Earned hours
Planned, earned and actual hours by WBS, resource or code, with SPI and the forecast at completion.
Comparison
What changed between two updates: activities added or deleted, logic, durations, dates, resources, with filters.
Update review
The monthly update in one page: what moved the finish, how the critical path changed and where float was lost.
Schedule quality
The schedule checked the way a reviewer would (open ends, constraints, lags, float and the DCMA 14 points), with the fixes listed.
Float
Where float is being used up across updates and where the next critical path is forming.
Forecast
Likely finish ranges and late milestones, learned from the project's own progress so far.
Trend
One row per update: finish, planned and earned %, SPI, critical activities and hours.
Delay drivers
Which activities and links moved the finish between two updates.
Report
The monthly report in one click: print to PDF, export to Excel or show it on a wall screen.

Formulas first. AI where it reads better.

Every page works from the schedule's own numbers, with no AI involved. When your team turns AI on, a few pages get an extra option: the question box understands free questions, the report gets a written summary, and schedule building drafts from your own sample schedules and documents.

The AI never changes a number: it writes words and reads your text, and the engine calculates and checks everything.

What the AI option does

Ask
understands a question in your own words, then the engine answers it
Report
writes the summary of the monthly report from its own figures
Scheduling
drafts a programme in the style of your samples, from your project documents
Delay analysis
drafts the narrative of each delay event
Schedule quality
explains each failed check and how to fix it

Ask the schedule a question

Plain questions, answered from the schedule with a sentence, a table and a link to the page that shows more. Three answers from the sample project:

what drives the finish

The forecast finish 10-Mar-27 is set by COM-040 Performance testing; the driving chain runs back 7 activities to MEC-020 Structure installation Area 2 (In Progress, finish 11-Sep-26).

what if MEC-020 slips 10 days

If MEC-020 Structure installation Area 2 slips 10 working days, the project finish moves +14 days to 24-Mar-27; 8 activities move and 2 milestones are affected.

what starts in the next 4 weeks

1 activity starts in the next 4 weeks from the data date 03-Aug-26, the first MEC-030 on 18-Aug-26.

How it works

  1. 1

    Load the files

One XER (or P6 XML / Microsoft Project XML) or a whole portfolio folder. A file named baseline is the baseline; the others are sorted by data date into current and previous updates.

  2. 2

    We read them

Dates, float, resources and percentages, calculated as P6 calculates them, in seconds.

  3. 3

    Report, ask, compare

Open any page, ask a question, compare updates, print the report or connect Power BI.

Your data

Your files sit encrypted in your own space, in Australian data centres. Only the people you invite can open them, with the role you give them: owner, planner or viewer. You can delete your files yourself at any time and ask us to delete the whole space (Security and your data).

Your schedules are never shared with other customers, sold, or used to train AI models. When your team turns AI on, only the text needed for an answer is sent to the AI provider, and what the AI learns from your edits stays inside your own space (Privacy Policy).

Pricing

Priced for each customer. Choose the apps you need, in any combination, and we quote for your projects and team. Every new account starts with a free one-week (7-day) trial of everything, and the demo is open to anyone.
